Nitrox Now Available !
We are very pleased to announce that our nitrox system has arrived and is fully operational.

So, what is Nitrox? Enriched Air Nitrox is a mix of air that has a higher percentage of oxygen and a lower percentage of nitrogen - simple! And we all know that nitrogen is what causes decompression sickness so it can only be a good thing to breathe air that has less of it. In fact, breathing Nitrox will give you the following advantages:
- Greater safety
- Extended bottom times
- Shorter surface intervals
- Less fatigue after dives
The most common misconceptions about Nitrox is that it is for divers wanting to go deeper and that you need special equipment. However, nitrox is most beneficial at depths of 5 to 30m with NO special equipment required.
So what are you waiting for? Sign up for a nitrox course (dates below) now! The course only involves one night of theory and then you can start using it and getting the benefits of it immediately!
- Tuesday 27 April 7pm
- Wednesday 18 May 7pm
- Wednesday 25 May 7pm
Course cost
The course costs $250 and includes a manual, certification and two nitrox fills (or one nitrox hire tank if you don't have your own).
Rebreathers Arrived !
In addition we are very excited to announce that we now have 2 new rebreathers in store. We will shortly be offering the opportunity for people to try a rebreather in a swimming pool. For those who want to take it a step further, rebreather courses are also available.

The water temperature is still hovering around the 20 degrees mark and we are still busy teaching people to dive. The excellent Summer weather has made for a lot of great diving.
