Newsletter - November 2009
It's been 7 weeks since we took over Dive HQ Hibiscus Coast and Shailina and I would like to thank all those people that passed by the shop to welcome us to the area. A lot has been happening so it's time to update you on all the news.
Dive Trips:
Our September mid-week scallop trips were a great success. We are making the most of the scallop season and running regular visits to Tiri Tiri and Kawau Islands.
We've had to put them on hold for October as Shailina is out of the country for a few weeks and can not cover me in the shop during the day, however, we have replaced them with mid-week evening dives now that daylight saving has kicked in. We've already made 2 trips to Tutukaka to dive the excellent wreck of the Waikato. Although the diving highlight on Sunday 11 October was the 8 bottlenose dolphins that accompanied us at close quarters for 30 minutes during the dive. Everyone is welcome to join us diving. Simply give us a call and we'll pencil you in. |

We still have space on trips for 2009. Check availabilty online HERE.
Dive Courses:
Our Try Dives at the Leisure Center in September generated plenty of interest in learning to dive:
